The Annual Symposium is organized by the MMoD trainees each spring with input of guidance from the Program Directors. Leadership and organization skills are developed by this experience over a period of several months planning symposium themes and sessions, choosing potential external speakers, composing invitations and drafting introductions for the speakers.
The 2026 MMoD Symposium will be held on April 29, 2026, from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Willa Cather Dining Complex, Red Cloud Suite, located at 530 North 19th Street.
